2. Creator Submissions & Directory Listings
When submitting an artificial intelligence tool, model, or product to NidxAI:
- You represent that you are authorized to submit the product and that all submitted descriptions, pricing, and URLs are accurate.
- You grant NidxAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your trademarks, logos, and screenshots for directory indexing and editorial evaluation.
- NidxAI reserves the right to reject, modify metadata of, or delist any tool that violates quality standards, promotes illegal activity, or fails operational uptime checks.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, database structures, UI components, brand marks, and software code forming NidxAI remain the exclusive property of NidxAI Inc. Third-party company logos and product names (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney) are trademarks of their respective owners.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
NidxAI provides the directory catalog on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume liability for third-party software listed within our catalog. Users are advised to conduct their own security audits before purchasing or utilizing any listed AI tool.
