Affiliate & Commercial Disclosure

1. Overview of Affiliate Relationships

At NidxAI (accessible at https://www.nidxai.com), we believe in absolute transparency with our readers, creators, and community. In compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and global advertising standards, we provide this comprehensive disclosure regarding our commercial and affiliate relationships.

2. Editorial Independence & Integrity

Our core mission is helping users discover the best artificial intelligence tools for their workflows. Affiliate relationships do not necessarily determine whether a tool is included in our directory or how its information is described.

• No Guaranteed Ranking: The existence of an affiliate partnership never guarantees an elevated rank, preferential positioning, or positive editorial coverage in our organic catalog.
• Not All Tools Are Affiliates: The vast majority of software products indexed in our catalog have no commercial or affiliate relationship with NidxAI. We index software based on utility, innovation, and community relevance.
• Objective Information: If an AI tool has functional limitations, pricing drawbacks, or reported reliability issues, our descriptions and review sections report them honestly regardless of affiliate status.

3. How Affiliate Links Work

When you click on an affiliate link on NidxAI, you are directed to the official website of the software provider. A temporary cookie is stored in your web browser by the provider or their affiliate network (such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, or direct partner software). If you decide to register for a paid tier during the cookie window, the provider attributes the referral to NidxAI.

This compensation helps fund our independent research, server hosting infrastructure, continuous link health checks, and database maintenance, keeping NidxAI freely accessible to all users.

4. Pricing & Specification Disclaimers

Pricing, features, free trials, usage limits, availability, and terms may change. Users should verify important information directly with the relevant provider before making a purchase.

NidxAI provides tool information for general discovery and comparison purposes only and is not responsible for third-party billing, subscriptions, or service changes.

5. Sponsored Placements vs. Organic Listings

In addition to affiliate links, NidxAI offers sponsored promotional tiers for AI software companies seeking accelerated visibility. All sponsored placements are explicitly demarcated with a clear “Sponsored” or “Sponsored Partner” badge so users can easily distinguish between organic directory results and paid advertisements.
